Deibler, Geraldine Endowed Scholarship
The Geraldine Deibler Endowed Scholarship was created in 1997 by Kent Jones to honor the memory of his sister, a 1952 graduate of The University of Akron who exhibited a lifelong passion for art. Geraldine graduated with a degree in medical technology and was a member of Phi Mu sorority while attending the University. She was listed in Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities for 1952.
The earnings from this endowed fund will be used to provide scholarship assistance to a deserving student pursing a bachelor of fine arts degree at the Myers School of Art, The University of Akron.
