The Anna M. Pfeifle Victor and Henry P. Victor Memorial Scholarship was established by retired Ninth District Court of Appeals Judge William H. Victor in memory of his mother, Anna M. Pfeifle Victor, and his father, Henry P. Victor. This scholarship is awarded to a law student or students based on either need, academic merit, or both as determined by the dean's office.
