Zaucha, Bernard Endowed Accounting Scholarship for Excellence
The Bernard F. Zaucha Endowed Accounting Scholarship for Excellence was established in 1997 by Mr. Bernard F. Zaucha, a former faculty member of The George W. Daverio School of Accountancy at The University of Akron. Zaucha is an alumnus of the College of Business with a B.S.A. in Accounting in 1968 and an MBA in Finance in 1971. Bernard F. Zaucha created this scholarship to thank the University for the fine education he received and in appreciation of his many years of teaching.
The Bernard F. Zaucha Endowed Accounting Scholarship for Excellence is to be awarded annually to a student enrolled in the College of Business who is a graduate of Archbishop Hoban High School with first preference given to accounting majors. Selection of the recipient will be made ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Scholarship Committee.
